State VI Thermal Insulation Exhaust Pipe

State VI Thermal Insulation Exhaust Pipe

This black substance in the exhaust pipe of the national six insulation layer is usually caused by the combustion of ethanol in automobile gasoline, which is not a common fault. Even if the engine has already achieved the ultimate complete combustion, it cannot achieve perfection. Therefore, this kind of incombustible residue in automobile gasoline will be discharged and piled up in the exhaust pipe to produce gray black.

General six insulation layer exhaust pipe water seepage is normal

General six insulation layer exhaust pipe water seepage is normal

There are several situations that should be noted. (1) If the cooling water tank in the engine leaks, the cooling circulating water will immediately leak to the combustion chamber, which will also cause water seepage in the exhaust pipe of the National VI insulation layer. At this time, it is necessary to check the engine compartment cooling water. Whether the tank is leaking water, go for sake removal;(3) The exhaust pipe sometimes emits blue smoke, the oil is consumed quickly, and the engine driving force is obviously insufficient, this is probably the problem of engine oil burning. Such a thing needs to be checked and overhauled by the auto repair shop.

If it is taken into account by visual impact, there is no doubt that the sorting method of even numbers will look much better than an exhaust pipe, which is one of the reasons why many people will modify a decorative design exhaust pipe independently for the sake of beauty! However, in terms of application, it mainly depends on whether you are built-in from the original factory or modified in the middle and later stages. If it is built-in from the original factory, the performance of so many exhaust pipes is better than that of the national six insulation layer of a single exhaust pipe. However, it should also be related to the characteristics of the actual engine. However, considering that the more exhaust volume, the total number of exhaust pipes will be more, which will have certain advantages.
